Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an air flow rate meter that can improve correction accuracy of an air flow rate.SOLUTION: An AFM, which comprises a sensing unit 10 and a processing unit 20a, measures an air flow rate on the basis of an output value of the sensing unit to be arranged in the environment where air flows. The processing unit 20a comprises: a pre-correction input unit 21 that acquires the output value; a storage unit that stores drift information 24 indicative of a drift state of the air in the environment; and a pulsation error correction unit 22a that corrects the air flow rate so that a pulsation error of the air flow rate to be caused by the drift is made small, using the drift information 24 and the output value.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
