Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a video inspection and recognition device capable of shortening an information reading process by reading a plurality of SCM (shipping information) label information in a short time and accurately reading a plurality of bar codes included in the label.SOLUTION: A video inspection and recognition device comprises: a color camera for photographing a plurality of determination targets affixed with shipping information labels to output color image data; a monochrome camera for photographing the determination target to output monochrome image data; a display for displaying the color image data; and a control unit for analyzing the color image data and the monochrome image data to display the determination result on the display. The control unit comprises: an image data analysis unit for detecting coordinates of each label with the color of the determination object from the color image data, and reads bar codes of each label of the monochrome image data of the detected plurality of coordinates; an image coloring processing unit for determining whether or not each barcode read by the image data analysis unit is normal and barcode store information is correct, to add the predetermined color to the corresponding label of the color image data based on the determination result; and an image memory for storing the colored image data from the image coloring processing unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
