PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a technique of appropriately evaluating a maintenance plan from an event involved with an operation of a vehicle.SOLUTION: A vehicle maintenance planning device is characterized by comprising: a condition information acquisition unit that acquires transport company information in which a transport company is associated with one or more vehicles, service company information in which a service company is associated with the vehicles, and vehicle information in which the vehicles are associated with one or more systems and a service method; a transport task generation unit that generates transport task information to be allocated to the transport company; a signal value acquisition unit that calculates a signal value for each system of the vehicles by using the transport task information; a repair task generation unit that generates repair task information about services for the vehicles by using the service method and the signal valve, and allocates the repair task information to the service company; a total calculation unit that calculates a transport price by using the transport task information, and calculates a service price by using the repair task information; a maintenance plan evaluation unit that generates maintenance plan evaluation information including the transport price and the service price; and an output unit that outputs the maintenance plan evaluation information.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
