Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a coating apparatus where a plurality of spray guns are connected to one liquid carbon dioxide source, which can control a flow rate of the liquid carbon dioxide to the spray guns with high accuracy.SOLUTION: A coating apparatus 100 includes: a liquid carbon dioxide source 2; a plurality of spray guns 8a, 8b, 8c and 8d; a carbon dioxide line LA which connects the liquid carbon dioxide source with all of the spray guns; and a coating material supply part 4 which supplies a coating material to the carbon dioxide line. The carbon dioxide line has a first branch line LA2 having a first line LA1, a plurality of sub-lines LA2a, LA2b and LA2c connected to the first line, and a combination of orifices 12a, 12b and 12c and valves 10a, 10b and 10c that are provided on each of the sub-lines of the first branch line, in order from the liquid carbon dioxide source side.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
