PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable achieving high function regeneration efficiency, and maintaining high regeneration recovery rate.SOLUTION: Hot wind at 200°C±30°C is supplied to a regeneration chamber under a reduced pressure state with absolute pressure of 12 kPa±3, odor adsorbed by exposing fine particle active charcoal to the hot wind at the reduced pressure state to separate and transit adsorbed odor to the hot wind, the odor hot wind is heat treated and then released to air, regenerated fine powder active charcoal separated by a bag filter is taken off from the regeneration chamber to outside and recovered.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
