Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a separation and classification device for separating a cutout lid of a package and packed contents as well as separating an opened package and packed contents.SOLUTION: The separation and classification device 100 consists of: a tray 50 which supports blister packages 1 with the lid parts covering the pocket of the blister packages 1 facing upward, vacuum pads 27 which are located above the tray 50 and suck the lid part; cutting edges 24, located above the tray and outside the vacuum pads 27, which cut out the lid part along the peripheral direction of the vacuum pads 27; a lifting mechanism 55 which vertically brings the cutting edges 24, the vacuum pads 27 and the tray 50 into contact with and separates from each other; and an oscillation mechanism 60 which raises up the blister packages 1 from below the cutting edges 24 and then raises down the blister packages 1 to the other direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
