Title:
LIGHT METERING CONTROL PROGRAM, LIGHT METERING CONTROL SYSTEM AND LIGHT METERING CONTROL METHOD
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2018189775
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a light metering control program that enables stable light metering, using a Fabry-Perot interference filter.SOLUTION: In a light detection device including a Fabry-Perot interference filter having a pair of mirror parts facing each other via a gap, in which a distance between the pair of mirror parts varies in accordance with potential generating between the pair of mirror parts, and an optical detector detecting light passing through the Fabry-Perot interference filter, a light metering control program is the light metering control program that acquires an electric signal to be output from the optical detector to thereby make a computer execute processing for metering light targeted for metering. The light metering control program is configured to, before acquisition of the electric signal is started, make the computer serve as: a voltage control unit that controls so as to gradually increase the potential generating between the pair of mirror parts until the potential reaches potential set in accordance with a wavelength of the light targeted for metering; and a signal acquisition unit that acquires the electric signal in a state where the voltage control unit causes the set potential to generate between the pair of mirror parts.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
