Abstract:
To reliably purify for-treatment water circulating in a vessel using as few LED units as possible, when the for-treatment water containing fine bubbles is irradiated with ultraviolet rays using an LED unit.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a water purification module including: a vessel in which for-treatment water is circulated; an LED unit disposed within the vessel and radiating ultraviolet rays to the for-treatment water circulating in the vessel; and a bubble generator for imparting fine bubbles having an average particle size of less than 1 mm to the for-treatment water. The LED unit is arranged so that an optical axis thereof follows a flow of the for-treatment water.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
