Abstract:
To enable prescribed buffer load to be applied by causing buckling at middle position absolutely even though there is difference in support strength at both ends supporting bumper reinforcement.SOLUTION: The bumper reinforcement includes a reinforcement member 30 which is fixedly set up inside a body member with closed cross-sectional shape. The reinforcement member 30 is formed of a central place element 30A and both ends place elements 30B and is configured to be a shape in which the central place element 30A has stronger rigidity than both ends place elements 30B.
