To provide a method for operating a laboratory sample distribution system.SOLUTION: A laboratory sample distribution system 100 comprises a plurality (for, example, 20-2000 pieces) of electromagnetic actuator 140. Under a transfer plane module, the plurality or some of electromagnetic actuators are arranged in a matrix manner and in a stationary manner.
