Abstract:
To restrain high-temperature air in an engine room from being taken into an intake duct.SOLUTION: An intake structure comprises a cover member 10 for covering an upper part of a rear space 12 of a vehicle body opening (6), and an intake duct module 23 placed on the cover member 10 and having an upstream end forming an air inlet port 21A. A vent hole 50 is formed in the opening direction of the air inlet port 21A of the cover member 10. The opening area on the high-temperature region side (the right side being the engine 13 side) of an engine room 3 of the vent hole 50 is larger than the opening area on the side (the left side) opposed to the high-temperature region side with reference to a center C of the air inlet port 21A for the vehicle width direction along the air inlet port 21A in plan view. Thus, sufficient outside air is supplied from the vent hole 50 to the engine 13 side of the air taking-in port 21A even during high-speed operation of an engine 13, and high-temperature air in the engine room is restrained from being taken into the intake duct module 23.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
