Abstract:
To provide a technique capable of making a user suitably perform specific high temperature cooking when the user desires the specific high temperature cooking, while suppressing inflammation or the like to an object.SOLUTION: A heating cooker includes a heating unit, an object detection unit for detecting a heating object placed on the heating unit, a state detection unit for detecting a state around the heating unit, and a control unit. The control unit executes both of first heating power reducing processing for reducing heating power of the heating unit when determining occurrence of an abnormal state in a situation where the heating object is detected by the object detection unit during operation of the heating unit and second heating force reducing processing for reducing heating power of the heating unit when the heating object is not detected by the object detection unit during operation of the heating unit, in a normal mode, and in a specific mode, executes the first heating power reducing processing and does not execute the second heating power reducing processing.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
