Abstract:
To suppress dispersion of adhesion amount of a resin liquid for surface treatment, adhered to a fin base material constituted as a member before surface treatment of a heat exchange fin, in performing the surface treatment of a heat exchanger.SOLUTION: A first flat portion 721 of a fin base material 70 has a surface layer portion forming a surface of the first flat portion 721. The surface layer portion reduces surface tension of resin liquid for surface treatment adhered to the surface layer portion in comparison with a case when the resin liquid is adhered to a louver portion. The other flat portions 722, 741, 742 are similar as the first flat portion 721. Accordingly, poor liquid draining of the flat portions 721, 722, 741, 742 due to an air blowing direction in air blowing in a manufacturing process, can be compensated by reduction of the surface tension. As a result, dispersion of the adhesion amount of the resin liquid adhered to the fin base material 70 can be suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 8
