Abstract:
To provide an electric field processing fryer capable of preventing problems of burnt deposit, smoke generation and firing caused by bits of fried food, by performing uniform heating.SOLUTION: An electromagnetic induction heating coil is used as a heat source of the electric field processing fryer. One or a plurality of electromagnetic induction heating coils are disposed. An electromagnetic induction heater employs a planar spiral-shaped or cylindrical helical-shaped induction heating coil.
