Abstract:
To provide an actuator that can readily perform periodic maintenance work for a pneumatic device and needs short time therefor and has a high-operation rate of the device, and to provide an actuator unit.SOLUTION: An actuator includes: an actuator body 2 provided with a drive part for driving a shaft 10; and a pneumatic device 61 for controlling air pressure of a hollow hole 11 provided in the shaft 10.
