Abstract:
To provide an air conditioner with high energy saving performance by allowing some shortage of necessary cooling/heating capacity, and increase the degree of freedom of choice for user's air conditioner.SOLUTION: An operation log of an air conditioner connected via a network is acquired, a cooling load and a heating load of a space in which the air conditioner is installed from the acquired operation log is calculated, cooling capacity shortage periods and heating capacity shortage periods of a plurality of air conditioners sold in the market are calculated based on cooling maximum capacities and heating maximum capacities of the plurality of air conditioners sold in the market, air conditioners that do not exceed a predetermined capacity shortage allowable period and heating capacity shortage allowable period are listed up, and such air conditioners together with the cooling capacity shortage periods and the heating capacity shortage periods are presented to users.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
