Abstract:
To adequately decrease an electric charge.SOLUTION: A control part (104) performs one of the following control operations when a predicted value of an electric charge is larger than a target value of the electric charge: charge/discharge control arranged so that an electric power supplied from a commercial power supply is accumulated in a storage battery in a first time zone, and an electric power accumulated in the storage battery is supplied to an electric device in a second time zone which is higher than the first time zone in the electric power unit price from the commercial power supply; and a control operation; and power saving control on the electric device. When the predicted value of the electric charge is equal to or lower than the electric charge target value, the control part (104) does not execute the charge/discharge control nor the power saving control.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 5
