Abstract:
To surely feed a component by fitting a relative position of a component feeding passage and a receiving hole to a form of a shaft-like component.SOLUTION: A device which inserts a shaft part 2 of a shaft-like component 1 into a receiving hole 21 of an insertion base member 20 and then moves the insertion base member 20 to position a head part 3 at a target place is provided with: a component feeding passage 8 communicating with a component feeding source; and advancing/retreating drive means 9, 37 by which the component feeding passage 8 or the receiving hole 21 is made to advance/retreat so that the receiving hole 21 formed in the insertion base member 20 is arranged on an insertion axis line O-O in a coaxial state and that an interval distance between an outlet opening end 18 of the component feeding passage 8 and an inlet opening end 23 of the receiving hole 21 becomes shorter than an axial direction length of the head part 3 or the outlet opening end 18 and the inlet opening end 23 closely adhere to each other and further the distance becomes longer than the axial direction length of the head part 3 when moving of the insertion base member 20.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
