Abstract:
To suppress an incongruity imparted to a driver due to a gear change shock or the like at a gear change of a mechanical stepped gear change part, in an automatic transmission for a vehicle having an electric stepless gear change part and the mechanical stepped gear change part.SOLUTION: Since a gear change command output of a simulative gear stage is delayed so that gear changes of both the gear change control of the simulative gear stage and the gear change control of an AT gear stage are synchronously performed at a simultaneous gear change at which the gear change control of the simulative gear stage and the gear change control of the AT gear stage are overlapped on each other (time t4), gear changes of both the gear change control are synchronously performed irrespective of a difference between gear change response times tri, trm, an incongruity imparted to a driver caused by a gear change shock or the like can be suppressed, and drivability is improved. When the simulative gear stage is down-gear changed, since a gear change command for performing a divided gear change is outputted to an intermediate simulative gear stage prior to an output of the down-gear change command (time t1), and the down-gear change is precedingly performed up to the intermediate simulative gear stage, an engine rotation speed ωe can be thus quickly accelerated, responsiveness is improved, and hesitation is suppressed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 12
