Abstract:
To efficiently produce a culture scaffold provided with fibers aligned in one direction.SOLUTION: A method of producing a culture scaffold comprises: a deposition step of forming a fiber assembly by discharging fiber raw material liquid from a nozzle to create fiber while depositing the fiber around the circumferential surface of a winding rotary body; a heating step of heating the fiber assembly deposited on the circumferential surface of the winding rotary body; and a transferring step of transferring the heated fiber assembly onto a substrate while rotating the winding rotary body; wherein a plurality of belt-like heating layers are arranged on the circumferential surface of the winding rotary body so as to extend along the direction of the rotary axis of the winding rotary body and, in the heating step, the fiber assembly is heated due to the heating layer.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
