Abstract:
To provide a battery pack having a long cycle life while maintaining a large electrical capacity.SOLUTION: A battery pack 2 is formed by combining a plurality of single cells 4. When a plurality of single cells 4 (6) located in a central portion is assumed to be a first single cell group 10 and a plurality of single cells 4 (8) located on both sides of the central portion is assumed to be a second single cell group 12, an electrolyte used in the cells 4 (6) contained in the first single cell group 10 is a first alkaline electrolyte containing NaOH as a main component of the solute and an electrolyte used in the cells 4 (8) contained in the second single cell group 12 is a second alkaline electrolyte containing KOH as a main component of the solute.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
