Abstract:
To provide devices and methods enabling analysis of a sample in a simple manner.SOLUTION: The present invention provides a method comprising: introducing a fluid whole blood sample into a device adapted to accommodate a sample in a fluid state and comprising a reaction chamber, in which the reaction chamber comprises a first surface and a second surface, and a microarray arranged on the first surface or the second surface is further comprised; and measuring a value indicative of the presence and/or amount of nucleic acids associated with a viral infection in the whole blood sample by analyzing based on microarray in the device.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1a
