Abstract:
To provide an actuator which can properly select operation pressure imparted to a piston.SOLUTION: An actuator comprises: a case main body 51; a first hollow part 51A formed in the case main body 51; a second hollow part 51B formed in the case main body 51, and expanded in a diameter larger than the first hollow part 51A; a first piston 54 movably accommodated in the first hollow part 51A; a second piston 55 movably accommodated in the second hollow part 51B; a first pressure chamber A1 which is formed at one end side rather than the second piston 55 in the second hollow part 51B, and can impart operation pressure to the second piston 55 in a first direction; a second pressure chamber A2 which is formed at the other end side rather than the second piston 55 in the second hollow part 51B, and can impart operation pressure to the second piston 55 in a second direction; and a third pressure chamber B1 which is formed at one end side rather than the first piston 54 in the first hollow part 51A, and can impart operation pressure to the first piston 54 in the first direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
