Abstract:
To properly convey a sheet while preventing contact of the sheet to an apparatus member.SOLUTION: An image formation apparatus includes: a register unit 14 which performs skew correction of a sheet conveyed in a conveyance path and transfers the sheet to the conveyance path at the prescribed conveyance timing; a conveyor belt 133 which conveys the sheet transferred by the register unit 14 while suctioning the sheet onto the conveyance path surface; a printing unit 30 which performs printing by discharging ink from an ink jet head 33 to the sheet suctioned and conveyed by the conveyor belt 133; and conveyance guidance means (upper guide plate 144a, lower guide plate 144c, control unit 80) which overlaps the tip of the succeeding sheet P (P2) on the sheet P (P1) by guiding the tip of the succeeding sheet P (P2) to the underside of the sheet P (P1) for the sheet P (P1) precedingly transferred by the register unit 14.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
