Abstract:
To provide a transfer paper for sublimation type printing capable of suppressing generation of Hydrangea spot even when recycled as a waste paper pulp, and excellent in transferability, and a white paperboard having a paper layer using the waste paper pulp obtained from the transfer paper for sublimation type printing as a raw material.SOLUTION: There is provided a transfer paper for sublimation type printing having a base paper mainly containing woody pulp and an ink reception layer containing a pigment and a water-soluble binder, and containing the pigment of 5 to 40 mass% based on all solid components of the ink reception layer. A disintegration freeness of the transfer paper for sublimation type printing is preferably 100 to 400 ml.SELECTED DRAWING: None
