Abstract:
To provide a reception device, a program and a reception system capable of responding to a user in short time irrespective of language.SOLUTION: A reception device 1 comprises: a connection destination storage section 23 for storing a language in association with connection destination information connected to a device of an operator who can respond to a user by the language; a voice acquisition section 12 for acquiring voice of the user P; a language specification section 14 for specifying the language from the voice acquired by the voice acquisition section 12; a connection destination extraction section 15 for extracting the connection destination information of the language specified by the language specification section 14 from the connection destination storage section 23; and a connection section 17 which connects the user to a connection destination extracted by the connection destination extraction section 15 and achieves call processing of the user P and the operator.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
