Abstract:
To provide a resin material transport mechanism and a resin material transport method capable of shortening a cycle time of a process of transporting a resin material.SOLUTION: A resin material transfer mechanism 1 includes: a material input unit 3 serving as a supply source of resin tablets 2; a parts feeder 4 which conveys resin tablets 2 while aligning them; a buffer unit 5 for distributing and transferring the resin tablets 2; a robot cylinder 6 in which the resin tablets 2 are arranged side by side in the buffer unit 5; and a rotation unit 7 which receives the resin tablets 2 from the buffer unit 5 and delivers them to a tablet carrier 8.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
