Abstract:
To provide means for recovering debris floating in the sea.SOLUTION: A vessel for recovering marine debris (1) is provided for the purpose of the invention and the vessel (1) includes at least two side hulls and the hulls partitions a tank (3) in between. The vessel of this invention is characterized by having the tank (3) open on both ends (6, 7) of the vessel (1), being provided with a plurality of sections (11, 12, 13) continuing from bow (6) to stern (7) of the vessel (1), each section (11, 12, 13) being provided with at least one collection device (21, 22, 23), and the collection devices (21, 22, 23) of each section (11, 12, 13) are capable of collecting objects of various sizes, and the sections (11, 12, 13) are arranged so that the device capable of collecting small objects is arranged behind a device capable of collecting a large object.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
