Abstract:
To provide a heat storage device in which crystallization starts and heat can be extracted surely even in the case where a heat storage material is held at high temperature in a liquid state and then voltage is applied in a super cooling state.SOLUTION: A heat storage device includes: a heat storage material whose main component is sodium acetate trihydrate; and a pair of electrodes 13 at least one of which includes a silver electrode including silver or silver alloy. The electrode 13 has an oxide film 17 which includes silver at least at part of a surface 16, and the electrode 13 comes into contact with the heat storage material at least via the oxide film 17. The oxide film 17 has a hole part 18 recessed toward the electrode surface, and in the hole part 18, sodium acetate anhydride 19 exists.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
