Abstract:
To easily ensure a sufficient separation distance for achieving good electrical insulation between respective drive units while suppressing an increase in substrate area.SOLUTION: A power conversion device includes: a power conversion circuit unit including a plurality of semiconductor switching elements; a control signal generation unit that generates a control signal for controlling opening/closing of each of the semiconductor switching elements; a plurality of drive units that drive the semiconductor switching elements; and a first substrate on which the power conversion circuit unit and the plurality of drive units are mounted. Each of the drive units has a power supply unit that converts AC power supply power input from the outside of the first substrate into DC power supply power, and a drive signal generation unit that generates a drive signal for driving the semiconductor switching elements from the DC power supply power on the basis of the control signal.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
