Abstract:
To confirm the result of return operation at the time of the outage of a spring return type electric actuator from the outside.SOLUTION: A host device 103 transmits an opening position command to an electric actuator 100 and receives an opening position response showing the opening of a valve, transmitted from the electric actuator 100 according to the opening position command. The electric actuator 100 uses a spring unit for giving the valve return operation to a predetermined opening position at the time of the outage, and transmits the opening position response to the host device 103 when receiving the opening position command, if the return operation is completed or if there is an error of the valve not reaching the predetermined opening position after a fixed allowable time passes from the outage.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
