Abstract:
To enable central management of personnel information including attendance and salary and also payment of a predetermined amount prior to a predetermined payment date by a company or an employee when necessary.SOLUTION: A management device managed by a business person who provides a service of managing attendance of an employee in a company and a service of money prepayment to the company or the employee includes: a storage unit which stores attendance information of the employee, personnel information of the company, and grant application information including a predetermined amount; a reception unit which receives, from an external device, a prepayment request for money payment prior to a predetermined money payment date; an acquisition unit which acquires at least one of the attendance information, the personnel information, and the grant application information; a calculation unit which calculates a maximum prepaid amount based on at least one of the attendance information, the personnel information, and the grant application information; and an execution unit which executes payment of the predetermined prepaid amount in the maximum prepaid amount calculated by the calculation unit.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
