Abstract:
To provide a housing purchase support apparatus, method, and program which attracts concerns of a person leaving a home page and allow a sales company to make a reasonable proposal to such person.SOLUTION: An apparatus according to the present invention has a guide information transmitting unit 11 for identifying a terminal viewed by a user which accessed to a home page of a sales company selling a housing on an order acceptance basis and left the home page and for transmitting, to the identified terminal, guide information promoting the user to have a housing diagnosis to display it, a reply information receiving unit 12 for transmitting inquiry information relating to a housing to the terminal of the user desiring the housing diagnosis to display it and for receiving the reply information to the inquiry information, a diagnosis result generating unit 13 for, based on the reply information, generating a diagnosis result regarding a housing desired by the user, and a diagnosis result generating unit 14 for transmitting the diagnosis result generated by the diagnosis result generating unit to the terminal viewed by the user and a terminal of the sales company.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
