Abstract:
To provide a laminated material for surface processing capable of highly evaluating domestic broad leaf tree raw wood with low rating as plywood and raw wood for surface backing veneer of LVL, and to provide a manufacturing method of the same.SOLUTION: In a laminated material in which a plurality of pieces of veneers 17 are attached in the thickness direction, a domestic small diameter broad leaf tree veneer is used. The fiber direction of the veneer 17 is arranged in the width direction of the laminated material 18. On the surface of the laminated material 18, a wood rear surface B of the veneer 17 is arranged. In the veneer 17, a plurality of small veneers 15 whose fiber orthogonal direction length is below 1.3 m are connected in the fiber orthogonal direction by a fixing material 31. The fixing material 31 is arranged stretching between B of the small veneers 15, and it can be scraped off by a sander when used.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
