To provide a sales data processing apparatus and a program that assist in more accurately determining whether a revenue stamp should be bonded.SOLUTION: A sales data processing apparatus includes a received amount acquisition unit, an excluded amount acquisition unit, a revenue stamp bonding determination unit, and a receipt issuance unit. The received amount acquisition unit accepts entry of a received amount written in a record of a completed deal. The excluded amount acquisition unit accepts entry of one or more kinds of excluded amounts other than the received amount written in the record. The revenue stamp bonding determination unit uses an amount of money, which is obtained by excluding the excluded amount accepted by the excluded amount acquisition unit from the received amount accepted by the received amount acquisition unit, to determine whether a receipt to be issued on the basis of the received amount accepted by the received amount acquisition unit is an object of revenue stamp bonding. If the revenue stamp bonding determination unit determined that the receipt is the object of revenue stamp bonding, the receipt issuance unit issues a receipt to which a predetermined area to which a revenue stamp is bonded is added.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
