Abstract:
To provide a method for performing refresh management in a memory device, an associated memory device, and a controller thereof.SOLUTION: A method for performing refresh management comprises the steps of: monitoring a temperature of a memory device detected via a temperature sensor; updating a recorded maximum temperature and a recorded minimum temperature according to the temperature; checking whether the difference value between the recorded maximum temperature and the recorded minimum temperature is more than a predetermined temperature threshold; and triggering the refresh of the memory device when the difference value is more than the predetermined temperature threshold.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
