Abstract:
To provide a valve structure for air injection which can reduce possibility such that a cylindrical rubber of a rubber hollow cylindrical body is rotated together with an air valve on a rim hole inner peripheral surface when fitting.SOLUTION: A valve structure for air injection has: air injection pipe 10; a nut-like clamp 12; a rubber cylinder 20 for sealing; and a male screw body 23 which is fixed to an upper end inner peripheral surface of the rubber cylinder for sealing. The air injection pipe is rotated, and at an upper end part thereof, is engaged with the rubber cylinder for sealing via the female screw body of the air injection pipe, and the rubber cylinder is reduced so as to form a loose part at an intermediate part of the air injection pipe, and thus, the loose part is brought into contact with an inner peripheral edge part of an air injection hole of a wheel, thereby enabling air sealing in a tubeless tire body. An outer peripheral surface of the rubber cylinder for sealing is so tapered as to be enlarged downward, thereby improving adhesion thereof to the air injection hole of the wheel. An annular recess is formed at a loose part corresponding part on an inner peripheral side surface of a rubber for sealing, whereby loose formation of the rubber cylinder for sealing can be reliably and easily performed.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
