Abstract:
To provide a spray cooler system capable of restricting an amount of application of liquid gas and restricting cost, and provide a process of manufacture of powder grease using the same.SOLUTION: A spray cooler system comprises: a cooling chamber having a liquid raw material injection part, a cooling gas inflow part, and a cooling gas discharge part; and a circulation path installed at an external part of the cooling chamber and connecting the cooling gas inflow part to the cooling gas discharge part to circulate the cooling gas. The circulation path has: a first cooling part for cooling the cooling gas by liquefied gas made by liquefying at least a part of the cooling gas; and a second cooling part for cooling the cooling gas without using the liquefied gas. A control part operates the first cooling part with the first cooling power during a period from a cooling start time of the cooling chamber to a time when a temperature of the cooling chamber reaches a prescribed temperature, decreases the cooling power of the first cooling part than the first cooling power after the temperature of the cooling chamber reaches the prescribed temperature, and operates the second cooling part with the second cooling power.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
