Abstract:
To provide a technique for enabling stopping of a conveyance object on a carriage at a target position with high accuracy even when the position of the conveyance object is deviated.SOLUTION: A conveyance system includes: a plurality of conveyance modules which constitute a conveyance path on which a carriage for conveying a workpiece travels; and a control section which controls the position of the carriage on the plurality of conveyance modules on the basis of a driving command. The control section corrects the driving command and stops the carriage during the movement of the carriage based on the driving command.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
