Abstract:
To provide a beverage supply apparatus that solves a problem in which a whole apparatus is miniaturized.SOLUTION: There is provided a beverage supply apparatus comprising a rectangular body cabinet 11 having a front opening 11a at the front, and a front door 12 provided at the body cabinet 11 in an aspect such that the front opening 11a is opened and closed, in which beverage extracted inside the body cabinet 11 is supplied to a beverage vessel C placed on a beverage serving part 50 at the front of the front door 12, and the beverage supply apparatus comprises a water draining vessel 60 detachably provided at the back of the front door 12 and storing drainage from the beverage serving part 50. It is preferable that this water draining vessel 60 comprises a trough 61 that leads a part of the drainage to the body cabinet 11 when the amount of drainage for storage exceeds a predetermined amount. Moreover, it is preferable that the body cabinet 11 comprises a weir 16 that is formed on a bottom part and temporarily stores the drainage led from the water draining vessel 60.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 9
