Abstract:
To provide: a beer-taste beverage in which oxidation odor due to T2 N etc. is effectively reduced easily and at low cost; a method for producing the same; and a method for effectively reducing oxidation odor due to T2 N etc. easily and at low cost in beer-taste beverages.SOLUTION: The method comprises, in the production of a beer-taste beverage, when the ratio of lactic acid concentration to phosphoric acid concentration in a beverage is X and the ratio of AE (° P) to bitterness value (BU) is Y, adjusting X and Y so that X is 1.5 or more, Y is 0.07 to 0.17 and Y≥0.02X + 0.03 is satisfied.SELECTED DRAWING: None
