Abstract:
To provide a feeder capable of feeding record mediums while positively separating them one by one from a loading part.SOLUTION: A feeder is adapted to feed record mediums S placed on a loading part 5A outward from the loading part 5A by a rotation of a feed roller 32 abutting against them. The fed record mediums S are separated into one record medium S and other record mediums S by a separation member 52, and then the one record medium S is carried by transport means. The record mediums S separated from the one record medium S are returned to the loading part 5A by a return member 59. Thereafter, the feed roller 32 in a spaced position is stopped and a movement operation of contacting the record medium S placed on the loading part 5A is performed by feed-roller moving means, completing the feed operation.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 15
