Abstract:
To provide an information processing system capable of improving the efficiency of restoration processing.SOLUTION: An information processing system includes a server 1 and terminals 2 (2A, 2B, ...). The server stores scenarios A, B corresponding to the terminals 2A, 2B, and the server and the terminals execute processing according to the scenarios. The server determines whether or not error information is registered when an error occurs in the terminal 2A which is subjected to processing first and the error information is transmitted to the server, interrupts the processing based on the scenario B of the terminal 2B when the error information is not registered, registers cancellation information for canceling the error corresponding to the error information, corrects the scenario A on the basis of the cancellation information, and restarts the processing between the terminals 2A, 2B. Further, the server reads out the already registered cancellation information when similar error information is transmitted from the terminal 2B, and corrects the scenario B. The server continues processing of other terminals without stopping, and restarts the processing based on the scenario B between the server and the terminal 2B after the correction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
