Abstract:
To provide an engine control device enabling improvement of control accuracy of an EGR device that performs feed forward control.SOLUTION: An engine control device 100 for controlling an engine 1 having an EGR valve 83 provided in an EGR flow passage 81 for introducing exhaust gas into an intake pipe includes: an EGR valve control section for controlling an opening of the EGR valve in accordance with an operating state of the engine; a combustion fluctuation detection section 11 for detecting combustion fluctuation of the engine; and an EGR limit detection section for causing the EGR valve control section to increase the opening of the EGR valve and detecting the opening of the EGR valve that causes combustion fluctuation to become a predetermined threshold value or more during execution of vehicle speed maintaining control of a vehicle. The EGR valve control section is configured to correct an opening command value applied to the EGR valve on the basis of the opening of the EGR valve that causes the combustion fluctuation to become the threshold value or more.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
