Abstract:
To provide a rotary electric machine capable of reducing a magnetic amount while increasing a magnetic flux density.SOLUTION: A rotary electric machine comprises: a rotator 40 having a magnet unit 42; and a stator 50. In the magnet unit 42, an easy axis of magnetization is oriented in an arc-shaped so that, in a d-axis side as a magnetic pole center, a direction of an easy axis of magnetization becomes parallel to the d-axis as compared to a q-axis as a magnetic pole boundary, and includes a magnet 2001 in which an arc-shaped magnet path is formed along the easy axis of magnetization. In the magnet 2001, an intrinsic coercive force is 400 kA/m or more, a remanent magnetic flux density is 1.0 T or more. The magnet 2001 is provided between adjacent d-axes in the circumferential direction, and a dimension from the stator 50 to an inverse rotator side peripheral surface 2004 of the magnet 2001 in a radial direction is provided so that the d-axis becomes shorter than the q-axis.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 23
