Abstract:
To perform an external noise influence removal process only when the influence of external noise is removable.SOLUTION: An information processing apparatus 1 includes a data processing unit 23 for acquiring a frequency fs of a sampling signal, a frequency analysis unit 21 for analyzing a noise frequency fn superimposed on the sampling signal, and a data processing unit 23 for determining a touch position based on sampling data. When the frequency of the sampling signal is an integer N times the noise frequency fn, the data processing unit calculates to discard Nd data which is a rounded-up value of a quotient obtained by dividing Ns sampling data acquired from a touch panel by the integer N. From the Ns sampling data, the Nd data are discarded in descending order of deviation from the median value. The data processing unit determines the touch position from an average value of the sampling data remaining after discarding.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3
