Abstract:
To provide an advantageous technique to reduce a time for generating correction image data.SOLUTION: A radiation imaging apparatus includes an imaging unit that captures a radiation image, and a signal processing unit, and the imaging unit includes a plurality of pixels each including a conversion unit that converts radiation into charge and a holding unit that holds a signal corresponding to the charge of the conversion unit, and the holding unit holds a first signal corresponding to the charge generated by the conversion unit in one imaging without radiation, and the signal processing unit generates correction image data on the basis of the first signal the plurality of first signals read a plurality of times nondestructively from the holding unit in a state in which the holding unit holds the first signal, and corrects radiation image data captured by the imaging unit by using the correction image data while radiation irradiation is in progress.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
