Abstract:
To provide a zoom lens which has low eccentricity sensitivity, can be equipped with an anti-shake mechanism, and offers superior optical performance, and to provide an image capturing device having the same.SOLUTION: A zoom lens of the present invention comprises a positive first lens group G1, a negative second lens group G2, a positive third lens group G3, and a positive fourth lens group G4 in order from the object side. The third lens group G3 comprises a negative meniscus lens having a concave surface on the image side. When zooming from the wide-angle end to the telephoto end, a distance between the first lens group G1 and the second lens group G2 increases and a distance between the second lens group and the third lens group changes, while a distance between the third lens group G3 and the fourth lens group G4 decreases. The zoom lens satisfies predetermined conditional expressions. An image capturing device of the present invention is equipped with such zoom lens.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
