Abstract:
To provide a reactive power compensation device not interfering active isolated operation detection function of a dispersion type power source, by continuously adjusting the dead bandwidth of voltage deviation on the basis of the period deviation of the system voltage, and performing reactive power compensation according to this voltage deviation having the dead band, and to provide a control program thereof.SOLUTION: In a reactive power compensation device 100 linked with a power system together with a distribution type power source 200 including an active isolated operation detection function, an AC control section 100A includes a period calculation part 111 of system power, a period deviation detection part 112 for detecting period deviation, a dead band with setting part 113 for setting a dead band with according to the period deviation, and an isolated operation non-interference control section 110 having a voltage deviation calculation part 114 for calculating the deviation of the system voltage and a target voltage according to the dead band width. Furthermore, the AC control section 100A includes a voltage controller 140 for generating a reactive current command and a voltage command sequentially on the basis of the voltage deviation, and controlling a power converter INV, a coordinate conversion part 160, a current control unit 180, a PWM circuit 190, and the like.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
