Abstract:
To provide a salivation promoting device capable of effectively stimulating a salivary gland from outside the oral cavity, which can be used by an object person including an elderly person on a daily basis.SOLUTION: A salivation promoting device includes: a plurality of electric vibration bodies 2 provided with a skin contact part 3 for transmitting a stimulus to a salivary gland of an object person P from the skin; a frame part 10 for holding the respective skin contact parts 3 of the plurality of electric vibration bodies 2 in a state that they are arranged at a position on the skin of the object person P, where the stimulus can be transmitted to the salivary gland; and a power source part 20 incorporated in the frame part 10 for supplying power to the plurality of electric vibration bodies 2.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
